Education

In 2002, I began a BA in Philosophy at the Universitat de Barcelona. I took me five years to complete it.

During the last year of my BA, I was a vitising student at the Technische Universität Berlin (Germany).

When I came back to Barcelona, I started a Master’s Degree on  Cognitive Science and Language and began to work at the LOGOS-Logic, Language and Cognition Research Group.

After completing the Master’s Degree, I began my PhD in Philosophy at the Universitat de Girona. Since then, my research has focused on several topics within the philosophy of mind, philosophy and biology, philosophy of science and cognitive science.

During these years of research, I’ve been a visiting scholar at different universities abroad. In particular, I spent some months at the University of Connecticut, where I worked with Ruth Millikan,

I also spent some time at the Australian National University working with Kim Sterelny,

And I was also a visiting researcher at King’s College London, where I worked with David Papineau.

I had my viva on september 16th 2013. In my dissertation, I defend a teleological theory of intentional content and I use it in order to naturalize the representational content of perceptual states and concepts.

In 2014 I was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Instituto de Investigaciones Filosóficas (UNAM-Mexico).

During the first half of 2015 I was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Munich Center for Mathematical Philosophy at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität under the supervision of Stephan Hartmann.

At the end of 2015 I started my third postdoctoral scholarship at the University of Barcelona under the supervision of Manuel Garcia-Carpintero.

In 2016 I became lecturer at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Valencia.
